Windows: Enable SOCKS5 proxy & Port Forwarding for Singapore & India

Please enable SOCKS5 proxy & Port Forwarding for both Singapore & India locations/servers. I've been requesting this for many months. Please give this a thought as it'd help the Asian users to get max speeds for all our needs.

  @Mason87, yup would love to have many SOCKS5 locations but since WeVPN team is not giving even 1 proxy & PF server for Asian & African users, I don't have high expectations of many locations. so, to begin with Singapore & India is my initial humble request to the WeVPN team. I don't know when they'll hear my request & implement it.😢
