To setup SmartDNS on your Switch Console, you will have needed to complete the SmartDNS setup process before attempting to configure your device to utilise SmartDNS.

To enable SmartDNS on your Switch Console:

1. Select Settings from within the Switch Home menu

2. Select Internet and then Internet Settings.

3. Select your Registered Network.

4. Select Change Settings.

5. Select DNS Settings.

6.  Select Manual.

7. Enter the IP address that was selected from the SmartDNS tab within the Members Area.

 8. Optional: Enter a secondary IP address that was selected from the SmartDNS tab within the Members Area.

IMPORTANT: After setting up the SmartDNS in your Switch, you will need to power cycle to force the DNS to change. Please reboot your device by turning it off and turning it back on.
