Where Can I Use The WeVPN Software?
The WeVPN application uses high level encryption and protocols and as such may be classified as exporting arms when utilised in a internationally sanctioned country. WeVPN is based in the British Virgin Islands and as such is bound by the United Kingdom's agreement to international sanctions for arms embargoes.
Ignorance of these rules does not reduce your personal liability. Therefore please read the following guidelines carefully before accepting this software.
You may not export this software to certain countries listed on the Trade Restrictions List due to arms embargoes, which currently includes;

- Belarus
- Burma (Myanmar)
- Central African Republic
- China (People's Republic other than the Special Administration Regions)
- Democratic People's Republic of Korea
- Democratic Republic of Congo
- Iran
- Iraq

- Libya
- Russia
- Somalia
- South Sudan
- Sudan
- Venezuela
- Yemen
- Zimbabwe

This prohibition on exports means you may not send the software itself to such countries but it also means you may not carry your own personal computer containing this software into or through such countries.
